Mission : Winter Warmth
Warm Homes & Warm Hearts
One of the major challenges for vulnerable people in Ukraine, especially those impacted by war, is that of staying warm in the winter.
Heat is either impossible because of widespread utility disruption and infrastructure damage, or so expensive it is effectively out of reach for many.
Many people in Ukraine are surviving on poverty-level pensions, are unemployed because of the war, or are displaced and are struggling to begin again in a new place with little to no financial resources.
By providing heating support such as firewood and warm blankets, or by operating warming centers, we can ensure the survival of many vulnerable Ukrainians through the winter months.
