Ukrainians continue to be extremely vulnerable in the cold winter weather. Whether it is a person displaced due to war who does not have warm clothing or a person who struggles to stay warm because they just don't have enough income for housing, food, and heat, many are living in homes that are cold. With a gift of $25, we can provide warm hats, mittens, or blankets to help people survive the long, cold winter.
Blankets for the Vulnerable
Hats, mittens, other winter wear, or warm blankets are purchased locally as the best way for us to maximize what we are able to provide. We work with each local partner to determine what is most needed for each person. $25 is an average cost for one person. Note: Mission Partners' preference is to purchase items in the local communities as shipping from Canada is cost-prohibitive.
