This young lady's name is Kate. She lives in a small town in Ukraine called Losyatin. She lives in a very small home with only one bedroom which she shares with her mother, father and younger brother. The family also shares this tiny home with Kate's grandparents.
A couple years ago, the local church bought this family some bunk beds because the children had no beds and slept on the floor.
Now Kate is so happy with her very own beautiful blanket! She has never before received her own blanket!
